Orgiins/history:The Latin Kings began in Chicago over three decades ago and today its influence stretches into 34 states (AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, LA, MA, MI, MN, MO, NE, NV, NH, NJ, NM, NY, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VT, WA, and WI). In Chicago today the Latin Kings (LKs) are the second largest gang. The Latin Kings have an estimated 18,000 members in Chicago alone.

location/turf: Chicago, Harrison Sreet near westside to Lincolin Park and Humboldt park. Also Part of their turf is in New York.

Characteristics: Their one of the most violent gangs in the United States today. Their unafraid to order hits on anyone that disobey their orders. They mostly attack correctional officers. The history of the gang is written in blood. Their Symbol is to wear Black and gold/yellow, the common symbol the use is a crown for the kings. The crown may have three of five points at the top of it. They also make exclusive use of the trademark symbol known as the "master", often with a tear drop.
